Printed items will ship within 3 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

Embroidery
Embroidered items will ship within 5 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

Any order placed after 12 (Noon) CST will be considered placed on the next business day. For example, if a printing order is placed at 2PM Monday, the order will not be ready for shipping until Thursday (3 full business days later).
